Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of banking and financial services (BFSI) domain.
• Financial Management: Familiarity with financial and accounting concepts, including creating financial statements and tax return reviews.
• Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively for loan closures and daily transaction reports.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of accounting and financial applications, as well as Microsoft Office programs.
• Problem-Solving: Innovative solutions for customers facing financial challenges.
• End-to-end BSA role understanding & experience.
• Financial analysis and risk assessment expertise.
• Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
