Living Skies Housing Authority (LSHA) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Analyst to join the Business Support Operations team. The role reports to the Senior Business Support Analyst and plays a key role in supporting the needs of the housing networks' business systems. This job can be performed at any of the Living Skies offices or remotely (home office) with excellent internet connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely issue resolution and prepare service requests in accordance with service level agreements
• Maintain detailed incident logs and document comprehensive resolutions
• Develop and update HOMES training materials (manuals and videos)
• Assist in delivering HOMES training sessions to audiences with diverse technical backgrounds
• Assist in system testing, including issue resolution, security checks, system enhancements, and disaster recovery plans
• Participate in committees and work groups to analyze and recommend future directions and system improvements
• Communicate system outages, updates, and enhancements to the housing network

Qualifications & Skills:

• Completion of a computer-related or business degree, certificate, or diploma from a recognized institution and 6-18 months of experience in business process administration OR an equivalent combination of education and housing-related experience
• Experience with Oracle (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne) preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to write clear process documentation
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Proven facilitation and mediation skills
• Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
• Valid SK driver's license is required
