The Business System Specialist are responsible for facilitating the necessary troubleshooting on the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/ or Transportation Management System (TMS) applications as well as supporting local hardware and network troubleshooting and/ or deployment as reported by either the Technology Account Leads or Operations Team. Assists in the escalation path for the Operations Team regarding resolution of an incident.
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm (on-call needed for Nights, or weekend)

Develop and maintain inter-related computer systems that functionally support the facility in all areas of operations including production, maintenance, warehousing, and administration
Provide complete training in the use of hardware and software to users of the systems
Responsible for maintaining, trouble shooting, and improving on all interfaces of the WMS , material handling systems, RF devices, and other hardware (printers, label makers, etc.)
Maintain proper slotting configuration (Rack and Pick slots) to ensure efficiency in the warehouse
Maintain JDA WMS logic – Ensure operations is satisfied with the way WMS works in: Allocating, Putaway, Replenishment, etc
Work with operations to streamline processes and troubleshoot and correct any system problems
Develop and maintain system SOP’s (archiving, disaster recovery, back-up procedures, system specs, etc.)
Complete velocity and layout analysis and associated changes as scheduled
Maintain labor management system and provide data to site leadership as required
Performs other duties as assigned.
Possesses a high degree of initiative, be a self-started, and have the ability to work with little supervision
Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, and presentation skills
Ability to troubleshoot and correct systems related to software or hardware problems and achieve effective results by assigning tasks to others
Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
Working knowledge of software or hardware utilized in Supply Chain industry Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Transportation Management System (TMS) experience is helpful
Ability to trouble shoot and correct systems related hardware/software problems
Experience with Manhattan SCALE WMS or Blue Yonder/ JDA TMSbeginner preferred
Ability to troubleshoot basic WMS configuration such as Allocation, Putaway, and Replenishment rulesbeginner preferred
SQL knowledge to write and execute a query as well as export and validate the returned results for accuracybeginner preferred
Report development and ZPL label generationbeginner preferred
H.S. diploma/GED required
Associate's degree preferred Information Technology or Supply Chain
One (1) year or more Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Transportation industry experience required
One (1) year or more Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Transportation Management System (TMS) knowledge, support, and/ or deployment. preferred
One (1) year or more Hardware and/ or network knowledge and/ or support preferred
