Job Description :

Role Responsibilities :

• Manage data files, conduct reconciliations, and perform business analysis using data to understand requirements and provide insights.
• Provide accurate and relevant information to support decision-making using MS Excel, SQL, and other tools.
• Consult with stakeholders to address their needs, explore alternatives, and create report prototypes.
• Clarify data sources and support stakeholder questions.
• Identify process improvements through feedback collection.
• Analyze business processes and requirements for system enhancements, documenting findings.
• Use multiple data streams to propose improvements and actionable insights.
• Support finance and accounting migration projects and financial flows for new initiatives.

Qualifications :

7+ years of Business Analysis experience.

CPA Certification or equivalent Financial Certification.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Skill in mapping complex operational processes.

Financial or accounting background preferred.

Experience with data analysis and providing business recommendations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented.

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Wireframing, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Access.

As a Business Analyst III in Accounting, responsibilities include project work, requirements gathering, testing, reconciliation, and analysis activities in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.
