Job description

Looking for a Business System Analyst with strong experience in Capital Markets, ETL workflows, and Python for data analysis. This role requires deep understanding of trade lifecycle processes and financial instruments, with the ability to design and document data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze and document systems across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives.

Design and support ETL pipelines and data models for trade and risk data.

Perform data analysis using Python for validations and reporting.

Work with big data platforms (Azure Databricks, Snowflake) to support trade processing.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Front, Middle, and Back Office to capture business and system requirements.

Document business processes, create user stories, and support UAT.

Understand wire payments (Fed, SWIFT), collateral management, and regulatory compliance

Requirements :

5+ years of experience as a BSA in Capital Markets.

Proven experience in ETL processes, data warehousing, and Python scripting.

Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, settlement, and risk workflows.

Familiarity with API integrations, payments systems, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Valid Canadian Work Authorization
