Job summary

Iris Software Inc. in Toronto, ON is seeking a Business System Analyst to join our client’s team on a long-term, hybrid basis. You will bridge business needs with IT delivery, write user stories and functional specs, and manage the Jira backlog while supporting Scrum ceremonies.

You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to ensure quality delivery. Banking/Financial domain knowledge and SQL skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience writing user stories and functional specifications.
• Backlog management and backlog refinement experience.
• Act as liaison between business Product Owner and IT delivery team.
