Pay Details: $91,200 - $136,800 CAD

Job Description

Plan, manage, and lead the delivery of requirements aligned with standards, procedures, and guidelines for enterprise data management. Provide technical leadership and collaborate closely with partners and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and manage both functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage domain, product, and system knowledge to understand enterprise data management, products, and strategic vision; provide business-technology expertise and focus on business value.
  • Identify, document, and validate current technology capabilities; support stakeholders in designing future states and making informed decisions based on user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine solutions, assess impacts, and manage system integration.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, considering non-functional aspects.
  • Manage traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Support testing teams in translating requirements into test cases and expected outcomes.
  • Guide technology delivery with a focus on quality, reusability, scalability, and innovation.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement in data management practices.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Adhere to standards, procedures, and processes; escalate issues as needed.
  • Enhance knowledge of data management trends and develop expertise in TD services and tools.
  • Support change management and post-implementation activities.
  • Contribute to business case development, vendor negotiations, and service level agreements.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate; graduate degree and data management certification are assets.
  • 7+ years relevant experience, including Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise in data stewardship, data governance, and related compliance.
  • Experience with data management platforms (e.g., Collibra), workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow), and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of financial services industry regulations and risk management.
