Global Operations Overview

TD Securities Global Operations, with more than 650 professionals, supports the business across various regions, focusing on process learning and relationship building.

Department Overview

The Global Trade Finance Operations hub is based in Montreal, with locations in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Houston, and Singapore. Our team of over 85 professionals provides trade products and world-class service globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage escalations and client inquiries related to Trade Finance products.
  • Support development and implementation of new trade products and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist in change management initiatives and ensure effective communication of new processes.
  • Maintain daily operations and provide technical expertise.
  • Build relationships with clients and internal teams to support operational priorities.
  • Analyze service issues and propose improvements.
  • Handle time-sensitive inquiries, escalations, and system issues.
  • Support system implementations and produce analytical reports.
  • Identify and escalate risks, participate in meetings, and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Availability during some statutory holidays and weekends, with a hybrid work model (minimum 2 days in-office per week).
