The role involves providing skilled administrative support, assisting management with daily and long-term tasks, and serving as the first point of contact for customers and visitors to ensure an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally and promptly.
  • Greet visitors, prepare visitor badges, and ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Train colleagues on expense procedures and liaise with finance for processing.
  • Provide administrative support: inventory, supplies, mail, purchase orders, and expense management.
  • Assist HR with onboarding and organize company events.
  • Manage facility services and warehouse duties as needed.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and act as a customer service ambassador.
Minimum Requirements
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs with proper technique.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet research.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Financial understanding of basic concepts like accounts receivable/payable.
  • Adaptability to changing processes and environments.
  • Independence, resourcefulness, and perseverance.
Qualifications
  • Certificate or diploma in business administration or related experience.
  • Eligible for or holding Canadian government clearance.
  • At least one year of administrative/service experience.
  • Warehouse or construction experience is a plus.
