Job description

The Business Services Coordinator II is responsible for various administrative duties and ad-hoc projects across interpersonal functional areas.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide daily direction and communication to employees to ensure functional duties are performed in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
  2. Coordinate and lead special projects.
  3. Based on extensive knowledge and experience, provide guidance to other employees to tackle problems, answer questions, and research issues that may arise within the administrative function.
  4. Recommend methods to improve operation processes, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers.
  5. Support the onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications
  1. 3-5 years of related work experience preferred.
  2. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  3. MS Office Experience with proficiency in Excel required.

  6. Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.
  7. Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, with strong interpersonal skills are required.
