Who We Are Looking For

Boughton Law is currently recruiting for a Business Services Clerk who will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical assistance throughout the firm. We are looking for a team player with some administrative experience to join our Business Services Team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Distribute internal and external mail
  2. Send, receive and distribute faxes and/or deliveries
  3. Assist with high volume printing, photocopying, scanning and binding
  4. Assist with Records Management tasks; such as file closing, scanning/bookmarking
  5. Arrange and coordinate deliveries via courier
  6. Oversee service calls for photocopier and fax machines
  7. Assist with bank deliveries
  8. Provide daily Reception lunch coverage, as required
  9. Housekeeping of kitchen areas and boardrooms
  10. Stock kitchen supplies and coffee stations
  11. Boardroom set-ups for internal meetings and events
  12. Coordinate and liaise with external vendors as required
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar role
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  3. Excellent English oral and written skills
  4. Excellent organizational skills
  5. Able to communicate with clients, lawyers and staff
  6. Must be available for occasional overtime
Salary Range

$40,000 - $50,000 per year

The salary range for the role represents the Firm's reasonable estimate of the range of compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.
