Summary
Business Service Technicians are employees whose primary responsibilities are the installation, maintenance and repair of services provided to business customers, including key and PBX equipment. Includes employees designated as SMC.
Education Requirements
Doit avoir suivi avec succès un programme en technologie informatique ou en technique électrique/électronique dans un institut de formation technique reconnu ou avoir un diplôme universitaire en génie, informatique ou tout autre domaine pertinent.
OU
Programme en technologie informatique de 2 ou 3 ans menant à un certificat ou diplôme.
OU
Certificat réseau de l’industrie TI, tel que certificat CISCO (CCENT ou supérieur), Nortel (NCSS ou supérieur) et/ou Microsoft.
