About the Company:
We are partnered with a leading HR software company across Canada. They're looking for new Business Sales Consultants to join their team!
In this role, you'll connect with business owners to discuss their HR and H&S needs, promoting their services and scheduling appointments for their field sales team. You’ll use Salesforce to manage leads and build relationships.
No industry experience is required as you’ll have 4 weeks of extensive training to build up your product knowledge, system training and sales technique.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and referrals through cold calling.
- Attend sales meetings and workshops.
- Hit quarterly sales targets.
- Manage your sales pipeline.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience (cold calling experience is a plus)
- Confidence in consultative selling.
- Ability to sell to Business Owners, Directors, and HR Managers.
