Job Summary :

We believe that empowered and engaged employees are key to success. In this role, you will drive results through our Business Sales channel, guided by Business Sales Management and senior leadership. Your responsibilities include prospecting in our expanding market, qualifying leads, engaging with decision-makers, and converting prospects into customers for Northern Lights Fiber. If you enjoy connecting businesses with world-class broadband internet in your community, this role is ideal.

What You Will Be Doing :

  • Managing the entire sales cycle: identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and closing deals.
  • Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships aligned with CFOC's values to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Planning and executing on-site territory management to achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, influencers, and partners to expand our business presence.
  • Leading regional initiatives, including events and conventions, to promote CFOC and Northern Lights Fiber brands across Canada.

  • You reside within the region and are familiar with the community you will serve.
  • A passion for helping businesses grow and improve results, with an understanding of our technology and current trends.
  • Knowledge of business sales in Western Canada, especially in the Sherwood Park area.
