Job Summary

We believe that empowered and engaged people are key to success. In this role, you will drive results through our Business Sales channel, under the guidance of the Business Sales Management and senior leadership. Responsibilities include prospecting for leads, qualifying and contacting decision-makers, and converting prospects into customers for Northern Lights Fiber. If you enjoy connecting businesses with world-class broadband internet, this role is ideal.

What You Will Be Doing

  1. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
  2. Trust Champion: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. On-Site Territory Management: Plan and execute sales strategies within your designated region.
  4. Establish Connections: Collaborate with stakeholders, influencers, and partners to expand our reach.
  5. Customer Engagement: Lead events and initiatives across Canada to promote CFOC and Northern Lights Fiber brands.
