Overview

The Business Reposting Specialist focuses on delivering robust reporting and PowerApps solutions to support business operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement custom reports, forms, and workspaces, and lead user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the reporting team on a wide spectrum of reporting needs: workspaces, forms, out-of-the-box report modifications, and custom reports.
  • Lead and support requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define business needs for reporting and PowerApps solutions.
  • Assist with report mockups, design sessions, and evaluations of out-of-the-box reporting functionality.
  • Create and modify workspaces, forms, reports, and PowerApps applications to support business processes.
  • Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for reporting and PowerApps solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for reporting tools and PowerApps, including design specifications and user guides.
  • Understand the capabilities and limitations of reporting and development tools, including Power Platform components.
  • Provide post-deployment support for reporting and PowerApps modifications.
Qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a technical inclination.
  • Experience in PowerApps development and maintenance, including integration with other Microsoft tools.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience designing and managing UAT cycles.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work effectively with limited guidance.
  • Ability to learn new tools and perform tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated flexibility when presented with change.
  • Excellent communication, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Visual Studio, Power BI, or Tableau is an asset.
