Business Process Consultant - Job Description :

The Business Process Consultant will play a key role in a post-merger integration project, focusing on aligning internal processes with digital experience goals. The consultant will work on process analysis, transformation, and change management initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between merging organizations.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct process analysis and review for post-merger integration.
  • Facilitate workshops and enablement sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and process mapping.
  • Design future-state processes for operational excellence.
  • Promote solution ideation across people, process, and technology.
  • Strengthen collaboration across business units and IT.

Mandatory Skills :

  • 5+ years in process analysis and review.
  • Experience in post-merger integration or transformation.
  • Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV).
  • Experience in change management.
  • Ability to align internal processes with digital experience goals.
  • Experience in process simulation and scenario modeling.
  • Proven workshop facilitation skills.
  • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Experience in the merger or integration of companies.
  • Experience in facilitating cross-functional engagements.
  • Familiarity with digital touchpoints and service models.
  • Ability to resolve redundant or conflicting processes.
  • Strategic alignment of customer journeys.
  • Assignment Details :

    Duration : Until December 31, with possible renewal for one year.

    Start Date : ASAP.

    Location : Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Primarily remote with occasional onsite requirements.
