Title: Business Process Consultant

Target Start Date: September 15, 2025

Contract: 6 months to start (strong potential for extension)

Location: Hybrid, Toronto (3 days in-office, 2 day WFH)

Pay Rate: $35-$40/hour (T4) $41-45/hour (Incorporated)

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Process Consultant to lead and manage an electronic communications project enabling sales teams to securely communicate with clients via text for mutual fund-related conversations. This role will oversee the end-to-end process: from requirements gathering through implementation - working closely with vendors, technology teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of an electronic communications initiative supporting approximately 900 sales team members.
  • Collaborate with vendors, technology PMs, and business PMs to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements related to investment communications.
  • Oversee the physical rollout of iPhones to sales teams, ensuring devices are configured for secure use.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines.
  • Develop and deliver progress updates through presentations and reporting dashboards.
  • Establish processes for monitoring, reporting, and measuring adoption and success metrics.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between process optimization, integration teams, and technology stakeholders.
  • Document processes, procedures, and requirements to ensure long-term sustainability of the solution.
