- Job-Role/Title: Associate Business Process Analyst
- Job-Location: Toronto, Ontario - M6R 2B2 Canada.
- Job-Type: Long-Term Contract Opportunity. The initial contract of 12 months, with good possibilities of extensions.
- Work-Style: 37.5 hours/week | Hybrid – 3 days per week in office required.
Position Overview and Key Responsibilities: As part of the overall wealth strategy, business process integrations & synergies will evolve, requiring the support and expertise of a Business Process Analyst to gather information, document & analyze.
- Discuss areas of focus with stakeholders, executives, business leads, etc. Serve as an intermediary between leadership and the business area.
- Facilitate informational gathering sessions across various business areas, speaking to subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with policy teams, legal, risk & compliance, technology, and other areas of the business.
- Document current state and future state business processes, using Visio or a similar tool. This should include an “E2E” (end-to-end) view of processes, encompassing system touchpoints, dependencies, decisions, options, and other relevant aspects.
- Mapping processes from different teams to harmonize into new processes that bring the best of all worlds.
- Develop new business process solutions that do not currently exist by gathering input from the business regarding outcomes/requirements/capabilities needed.
- Provide thought leadership on new & improved ways of working.
- Discuss & analyze processes with a lens on ways to improve, successfully integrate, and make recommendations to stakeholders.
- Leverage performance data and historical information to make informed recommendations. Present recommendations & incorporate feedback into process flows.
- Gather business process information, documents, and analyze.
- Develop business recommendation documents.
- Obtain business sign-offs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on new & improved business processes.
