Job Description

TD Private Wealth Management offers a holistic approach to wealth planning, providing personalized advice, solutions, and services. The Business Operations Support Representative, reporting to the Manager of Client Service, delivers high-quality administrative support within a dynamic, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate adapts well to change, is driven to succeed, and demonstrates problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the branch, ensuring professionalism and high service standards.
  • Assist the Manager of Client Service with daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Communicate operational, administrative, and compliance activities effectively; develop branch process knowledge.
  • Coordinate equipment needs, IT support, and training for branch staff.
  • Manage premise issues, including building maintenance and promotional displays.
  • Maintain and improve the branch filing system.
  • Perform office duties, ensuring compliance with audit procedures.
  • Support key branch initiatives and suggest improvements aligned with TD’s vision.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and communicate them for implementation.
  • Support Business Continuity Management plans and ensure staff awareness.
  • Assist branch professionals with client requests and advocate for a positive client experience.

Additionally, as the receptionist, responsibilities include greeting clients, managing calls, updating directories, handling mail and courier services, and supporting meeting logistics.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate Degree or Community College Diploma in Business preferred.
  • Industry-related courses are an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Previous administrative experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and high service standards.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
