Business Operations Manager

CPP Clinics is a leading provider of medical aesthetics services, offering innovative treatments across multiple medspas under the CPP umbrella. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and outstanding results, utilizing advanced technologies and personalized care.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our practices. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in business management within the healthcare or cosmetic industry, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for enhancing patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. P&L Management: Oversee the profit and loss statements of clinics generating approximately $100M+ in revenue. This includes maximizing profits and minimizing expenses by analyzing financial data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive clinic data packs and identify key growth drivers to inform strategic decisions and drive business expansion.
3. Financial Performance Reporting: Conduct monthly business reviews to assess financial performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
4. Coaching and Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop practice managers throughout transformation initiatives, fostering a collaborative and patient-centric culture.
5. Communications: Facilitate weekly synchronization meetings with practice managers to ensure alignment on goals, share best practices, and address operational challenges.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations management, preferably within the healthcare or cosmetic industry.
3. Proven experience in managing P&L, with a strong understanding of financial statements and budgeting processes.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization.
7. Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
8. Ability to travel as needed.
