Job Title: Business Operations & Logistics – Part Time

Department: Customer Operations

Overview

Telna is looking for a part-time Business Operations & Logistics as an addition to our growing team.

As a Business Operations, you will be working closely with the Customer Success team and the Business team to address customers’ inquiries and solve challenges.

You will be a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse..

You will manage the logistics to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of products through the supply chain.

This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory control of SIM card stock.

The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize the warehouse dedicated to SIM card inventory.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure proper documentation of inventory movements using internal systems or software.
  • Receive incoming SIM card shipments and verify quantities and quality against packing lists or purchase orders.
  • Handle SIM card orders accurately and in a timely manner based on internal or customer requests.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage outgoing shipments and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with handling procedures and storage requirements specific to SIM card security and packaging.
  • Support other logistics and warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Experience and Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
