Role Description

Your Role :

The Coordinator, Business Operations is responsible for delivering operational objectives within their specific area of work. This role includes managing the fleet vehicle program for North America (US and Canada), maintaining the sales roster, overseeing business card profiles, and providing administrative support to the Senior Director of Operational Excellence. The role works within defined boundaries, follows standard practices and procedures, and contributes to the department's daily operational activities.

This is a hybrid role, based out of LEO’s downtown Toronto office.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for the fleet vehicle program across North America, managing vehicle assignments, tracking usage, and ensuring maintenance and compliance.
  • Interact with vendors to troubleshoot issues, schedule repairs, and coordinate vehicle replacements.
  • Maintain and update the sales roster, ensuring consistent and accurate documentation of employee assignments and reporting structures.
  • Collaborate with HR and Sales Leadership to manage timely updates for new hires, role transitions, and terminations.
  • Coordinate and maintain employee business card profiles across teams, ensuring that updates are accurate and timely.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Director of Operational Excellence, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and correspondence handling.
  • Troubleshoot routine administrative issues and suggest improvements to existing processes.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Communicate and interact with stakeholders to provide accurate information, address concerns, and influence decisions where needed.
  • Recognize that PV cases may come to your knowledge in this role and fulfil the responsibility to forward any adverse event and patient safety cases to the local Pharmacovigilance department in accordance with company policies.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in fleet management, sales roster administration, or similar operational areas preferred.
  • Familiarity with operational tracking tools or systems (e.g., CRM, HR, or fleet management platforms), 2+ years of experience in providing operational or administrative support, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic project management knowledge and experience in coordinating defined tasks.
  • Proven ability to independently troubleshoot issues and suggest process improvements.
  • The base salary range for this position is $70,000- $90,000 CAD per year. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the LEO Pharma range for this position. Salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
