You will work with Power BI, SQL, Python, and Databricks to derive insights, automate reporting, and improve data processes while collaborating with business partners across the organization.

Hands-on experience in analytics, reporting, automation, data governance, and business consulting
Exposure to tools and platforms including Power BI, SQL, Python, Databricks, Jira, NICE IEX, PEGA, AI technologies, and Microsoft applications
Curate knowledge and understanding of key contact center performance metrics such as service level, ASA, occupancy, adherence, etc.

Salary Range: $23.00 - $37.00 CAD hourly. Our typical hiring range is between $23.00 and $30.00 hourly. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. We’re committed to attracting top talent. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
