About The Role

You will work closely with the Supply and Operations Teams. This role offers exposure to the PPOB and Remittance industry, as well as Indonesia's agent network. Responsibilities include setting up deposit arrangements with vendors, resolving issues raised by mitra/agents in coordination with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth transactions to maintain operational reliability.

Job Descriptions
  1. Monitor daily product issues related to Amartha Wallet (Poket) and ensure smooth operations according to procedures.
  2. Prepare and maintain regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on operational issues, highlighting trends and improvements.
  3. Handle transactional issues such as registration, premium upgrade, top-up, and account management.
  4. Execute General Cash-in and Cash-out processes for failed or delayed top-up transactions.
  5. Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Vendor teams to resolve issues and ensure operational continuity.
  6. Support business growth through operational improvements, product enhancement suggestions, and SOP refinement.
  7. Create forecasts and request deposits from vendors.
  8. Apply strong data analysis skills to uncover insights and support decision-making.
  9. Utilize critical thinking to identify challenges and opportunities from multiple perspectives.
  10. Communicate effectively and negotiate to align stakeholders and achieve consensus.
  11. Build cross-functional relationships to foster teamwork and mutual understanding.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business operations within digital products or similar industries.
  • Proven ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Excel or spreadsheets.
  • Strong adaptability to dynamic environments with diverse stakeholders.
