Business Manager - Electrical Wholesale

We are seeking a Business Manager / Branch Manager for an electrical wholesale firm based in Watford. The successful candidate will be a driven and ambitious individual looking to effectively manage a branch within a large or decentralized organization.

The Branch Manager will have full autonomy over sales, purchasing, staffing, and logistics. You will build relationships with customers, suppliers, and staff to develop profitable sales within a well-organized business, enabling profit sharing for you and your team.

Responsibilities:
  • Set and maintain high standards of customer service
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Drive activities to generate profitable sales
  • Actively seek and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage team performance
  • Ensure health & safety standards are met to keep your team safe
  • Understand and manage profit and loss statements, management accounts, and sales performance data
