Job Description

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Analytics and Insights, Compliance & Governance. It involves executing critical projects and strategic initiatives within TDEF Credit to support business strategy and governance objectives. Responsibilities include policy / process improvement, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, reporting, and providing strategic recommendations. The role also involves coaching peers, developing business metrics, and supporting management communication and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to strategic direction and implementation of business management strategies.
  • Manage and oversee diverse work activities across multiple areas.
  • Implement policies and processes across functional areas.
  • Lead enterprise or cross-functional projects, providing expertise and supporting solutions.
  • Facilitate discussions and provide thought leadership to executives.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Support team development, operational efficiency, and knowledge transfer.
