On-Target Earnings: $110K USD Base Salary + performance-based variable + equity

As the Business Lead at NEO, you’ll be the commercial co-founder responsible for turning product capability into paid growth, fast.
You'll work side-by-side with NEO’s founding technical lead (the creator of the core AI engine) to validate demand, close high-value deals, and drive traction in a space that’s ripe for disruption.
