Job summary

Maarut Inc. seeks experienced data engineering and analytics professionals to architect and optimize data pipelines using Oracle, Python, AWS Glue/DMS, and Redshift.

You will design dimensional models, staging layers, and star schemas, and deliver Power BI dashboards with robust data quality controls. Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle, Python, and AWS data services (Glue DWS, DMS) for complex SQL, data extraction and ETL workflows.
• Redshift and dimensional modeling experience including staging layers, star schemas, and performance tuning.
• Power BI development, semantic modeling, and dashboard delivery with attention to data quality and security.
• Healthcare data experience with Ontario HRM Standard, FHIR structures, and HL7 v2 mappings to analytics definitions.

Job description

• Oracle, Python, AWS Glue Python Shell, and AWS DMS experience, including complex SQL, source-data analysis, extraction, transformation, incremental loading, validation, reconciliation, and production support.
• Amazon Redshift and dimensional-modelling experience, including staging layers, fact and dimension structures, star schemas, views or materialized views, SQL optimization, and reporting-layer performance tuning.
• Power BI development experience, including semantic modelling, DAX, Power Query, dashboards, operational metrics, data-quality reporting, refresh processes, security, and performance optimization.
• Healthcare-data experience involving the Ontario HRM Standard, FHIR data structures, and HL7 v2 data structures, including mapping source data to consistent analytical definitions and metrics.
