The Business Intelligence Functional Architect will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of advanced BI and data solutions. This role demands a high level of expertise in data operations, analysis, and process optimization, along with the creation of complex reports and dashboards to deliver strategic insights that drive business decisions. The Architect will also mentor junior team members and ensure the adherence to best practices in data quality, integrity, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Advanced Data Analysis and Reporting :

• Analyze intricate datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and deep insights.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on data interpretation.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated BI solutions including comprehensive reports, interactive dashboards, and detailed data visualizations.
• Ensure solutions meet high standards of accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

3. Requirement Gathering and Translation :

Work closely with senior stakeholders to gather complex business requirements and translate them into advanced technical specifications.

4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization :

Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of BI processes and solutions.

5. User Training and Mentorship :

Provide advanced training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions.

Mentor junior team members and promote best practices within the team.

6. Data Quality Advocacy :

Champion data quality, integrity, and reliability throughout the organization by designing and promoting best practices.

Qualifications : 1. Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

2. Experience :

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a BI Analyst Leader role or similar.

Extensive experience in BI implementation projects, from requirement gathering to solution delivery.

Proven leadership experience in managing BI projects and teams.

In-depth experience with BI tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI; expertise in Qlik Sense is a plus.

Experience with cloud services like AWS, Snowflake, or similar.

3. Technical Skills :

Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced database management.

Extensive knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Advanced experience with data modeling and data visualization techniques.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is advantageous.
