Your role will involve developing current dashboard solutions and prototyping innovative AI-infused tools, staying abreast of BI and analytics advancements, and managing complex projects involving broad technical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated reporting to facilitate data-driven decisions across teams and partners.
• Contribute to the full development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, adhering to industry best practices.
• Gather requirements, model, and design solutions supporting decision-making and data maturity.
• Collaborate with analysts, product managers, data architects, and designers to develop interactive Power BI dashboards.
• Support the adoption of new analytical technologies and applications.
• Create interactive dashboards and self-service tools backed by semantic data models.
• Develop high-quality operational analytics BI products to support development operations and technical leads, improving consistency and efficiency across franchises.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in BI engineering or report development.
• Proficiency in advanced SQL/DAX queries.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles with the ability to provide design recommendations.
• Experience working with large enterprise data sets.
• Experience integrating custom data sources within Power BI (e.g., REST APIs).
• Team-oriented, proactive, and initiative-taking.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Beneficial to Have

• Passion for video games.
• Experience with unstructured datasets.
• Knowledge of database architecture for relational databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Web development skills (HTML, React).
• Experience with Power BI Service.
• Familiarity with Python programming.
• Experience creating data pipelines.
