In this role, you will develop solutions that deliver exceptional business value by creating industry-leading solutions for our clients' customers.

Responsibilities

1. Communicate the system vision by documenting, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements, and refining them into technical action items.
2. Engage with business users across multiple units to ensure clear articulation of goals and processes, facilitating effective technology solutions.
3. Support clarification for project, development, and support teams to design and implement solutions.
4. Verify the feasibility of business requests based on existing systems and data structures.
5. Create and present key requirements artifacts independently, including scope documents, use cases, functional designs, and business process diagrams.
6. Perform application gap analysis.
7. Provide business and technical leadership, ensuring project progress and addressing risks and issues.
8. Complete projects timely and cost-effectively, coordinating internal and external resources.
9. Build relationships outside your immediate area of expertise.
10. Solve complex problems, innovate, and develop new methods and solutions.
11. Research and implement strategic technological solutions.
12. Contribute thought leadership through whitepapers and content creation.
13. Work on supply chain optimizations.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT or similar; 6-10 years as an Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant.
• Expertise in Oracle ERP applications, especially Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, and Finance.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and testing methodologies.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion testing during SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience in full lifecycle implementations of Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Order Management, and Financial Modules.
• Strong business acumen combined with deep IT knowledge.
• Proven record in strategic project planning and client management.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects effectively.
