Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data analytics, strong Power BI and Excel skills, SSIS, and proficiency in SQL, M-query, and DAX, plus familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.

Qualifications

• SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS) – Required
• Proficient with SQL, M-query, and DAX – Required
• Microsoft Fabric: Dataflow Gen2, Lakehouse/OneLake, data pipelines, semantic models, capacity optimization – Required
• Fabric: capacity management, Direct Lake semantic models, real-time alerts, data pipeline orchestration, and AI model integration – Strong Advantage.
• Office Script and VBA - Advantage
• Understanding of statistics and/or Lean methodologies – Advantage

Responsabilités

• Develop data sets for reporting tools and for other applications.

We are looking for a candidate to join our Business Process Improvement team. In this role, you will collect report requirements, create complex datasets, and create reports/dashboards. You will also ensure high performance of MSSQL databases through monitoring and maintenance, plan and implement backup strategies, ensure databases meet security standards, manage user access, provide guidance to other technical staff on existing database structures. This position is in the Vaughan area.
