Pay Range: Commensurate with Experience

Strategic Solutions & Partnerships (SS&P) is seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Analyst to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely with occasional in-office meetings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facilitate reporting of KPIs and metrics using data visualization tools to provide timely insights.
2. Maintain and develop reporting tools, enhancing performance and usability.
3. Support data collection efforts from various stakeholders including staff, clients, and partners.
4. Ensure data integrity, investigate issues, and validate data accuracy.
5. Analyze data from multiple sources and present findings clearly.
6. Participate in data governance initiatives to maintain data quality and compliance.
7. Collaborate with teams to optimize data efficiency and quality.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate); ETL/ELT experience preferred.
3. Proficiency in SQL Server and writing stored procedures.
4. Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
5. Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R is advantageous.
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in teams, with flexibility in working hours.
