Responsibilities and Tasks

• Confer with clients to identify requirements
• Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation
• Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
• Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
• Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize security breach effects
• Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
• Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
• Resolve conflict situations effectively
• Perform usability testing
