The Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst (H) to join our Education Centre- ITS team. This role involves developing and supporting business intelligence solutions to aid operational decision-making across various departments.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining a vision and three-year plan for WRDSB's business intelligence systems.
• Supporting reporting needs for departments such as Learning Services, Human Resources, Finance, Facilities, Security, and IT.
• Developing reports, dashboards, and BI solutions using tools like Power BI, SQL, and Power Query.
• Ensuring data accuracy, security, and performance in BI systems.
• Leading small to medium-sized technical projects with an agile approach.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable BI solutions.
• Providing training and support to end-users.
