Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Location:Head Office

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to support strategic decision-making through the design, development, and implementation of robust business intelligence solutions.
• The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs, provide actionable insights, and support data-driven initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Has to be on-site in Regina

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define analytical needs.
• Design and implement business intelligence solutions including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Apply data architectural methodologies to support scalable and sustainable analytics solutions.
• Translate business questions into analytical problems and present results that influence decision-making.

Preferred Experience:

• Expert-level communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-based reporting and data solutions.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Data warehousing, ETL processes, SQL
  • Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a strong asset

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative project environments.

Soft Skills:

• Strategic thinker with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results on time.

Notes:

• Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm and the proposed hourly rate shall be inclusive of all travel and living costs (PST and GST are extra).
