We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst for our client.
About The Role Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager, the Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for developing BI solutions, creating reports and dashboards, while ensuring data accuracy and integrity. This role involves analyzing financial, operational, customer, and market data to support business decisions. The analyst will collaborate with multiple departments and foster a culture of data-driven decisions by enhancing knowledge sharing within the organization.
Location: West Montreal
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Work mode: Hybrid

What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions
Play a key role in strategic and business planning by transforming relevant data into insightful analysis
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and provide actionable insights
Promote the use and understanding of BI tools across the organization by training and supporting users
Carry out studies and special assignments as requested by the manager
Identify and integrate key external data such as market and competitor information
Contribute to the development of data models and data warehouse solutions
Perform data validation and ensure its accuracy and integrity
What We’re Looking For
University degree in business administration or a related field (mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering)
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience
Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP)
Very good knowledge of CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
Expertise in data management with Access and Excel, including advanced skills in tables, charts, and data manipulation formulas
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Very good understanding of key business objectives
Solid knowledge of project management procedures
Demonstrated experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets
Experience in creating reports and presentations for senior management
Ability to establish effective working relationships with board members, employees, and clients
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment; communication in English with collaborators across Canada and the United States
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. The position requires excellent communication.
