We're looking for a Business Intelligence & Insights Analyst to join our DAI team—a unique role where you'll leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver strategic tools and solutions that drive Affinity business growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage intuitive dashboardsand tools that offer a unified, real-time view of the Affinity market, enabling smarter decisions across the organization.
  • Develop self-serve applicationsto help partners better understand member needs—enhancing satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Uncover insights through exploratory analysis, evaluating event impacts and trends to support proactive strategy development.
  • Create scalable, innovative business solutionsby working closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, analytics, and partner strategy.
  • Act as a thought partner to our partners and colleagues, helping them understand Affinity market dynamics and the value of data in shaping strategic actions.
  • Champion data integrity and accuracyby establishing validation methods and clear documentation practices.
  • Advance data literacy across the team, promoting best practices in business intelligence and data storytelling.
  • Mentor and support team growth, sharing technical knowledge and business insight to uplift team capability.
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Bilingual in English and French(required)
  • Strong coding skills inSQLandPython
  • Experience withdata visualization tools(e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Shiny/Posit)
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, especially for quality control and data validation
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Skilled in critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and time management
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
