We are currently seeking two experienced Business Information Management (BIM) Specialists to support a leading financial institution in executing a major enterprise initiative aimed at implementing and adhering to new data management standards across Risk and Compliance (US/CAN).

Responsibilities
- Participate in delivering key outputs related to risk and compliance reporting as part of a dedicated project team.
- Conduct Materiality Assessments with report/output owners.
- Perform Data Supply Chain Analysis from source to report.
- Document technical and business metadata.
- Evaluate compliance with new enterprise data management standards.
- Collaborate with risk analysts, IT, data governance, and compliance teams.
- Escalate risks and issues promptly.
- Participate in Agile and Waterfall project cycles.
Qualifications
Must Have:
- 8+ years of experience in a large financial services organization.
- Strong knowledge of financial risk domains (e.g., Credit, Market, Retail Risk).
- Proficiency in data lineage analysis and documentation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, Visio).
- Comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and data control testing.
- Experience with Alteryx or similar data tools.
- Background in regulatory compliance (Canada/US).
