Theyare seeking a seasoned Business Impact Analyst to lead a comprehensive Business Impact Analysis (BIA) across business units and IT systems. The goal is to evaluate potential operational disruptions and develop a strategic roadmap to improve disaster recovery and enterprise resilience.

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct a corporate-level BIA spanning business units and emergency management functions

  • Define risk tolerance levels and propose Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs)

  • Map critical business functions to IT assets, highlighting interdependencies and failure points

  • Assess the current state of recovery infrastructure, architecture, tools, and staffing

  • Deliver a three-tiered roadmap: Best Case, Likely Case, Minimum Case

  • Recommend governance and staffing models benchmarked against similar organizations

  • Present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear, executive-ready format

Deliverables:

  • Integrated BIA report (IT and business functions)

  • Risk appetite and tolerance assessment

  • Gap analysis between current and ideal RTO/RPO

  • Three-tiered strategic roadmap for IT resilience

  • Visualized risk assessments and mitigation strategies

  • Governance and staffing recommendations
