Overview

Looking for an experienced local candidate with minimum 3 years fast paced premium casual General Management experience. Your role is to lead the Award Winning Best Breakfast and Brunch restaurant in Downtown Toronto. Create an amazing place to work, to inspire our guests and teach our teams to run a Best in Class restaurant. We are growing and have opportunities in the following markets: Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 15-20 servers and support staff, hosts, and work alongside the culinary team.
  • Provide energetic leadership to ensure a high-quality guest experience and operational excellence.
  • Partner with culinary leadership to deliver Chef-inspired food and drinks with a focus on farm-to-table ingredients.
  • Maintain and develop a positive work environment, ensuring staff training and development.
  • Manage daily operations, scheduling, and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.
  • Assist in developing and executing business strategies to support growth and brand standards.
