*Job Summary*We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the food service industry. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Your role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment.*Responsibilities** Oversee all aspects of restaurant management, including bartending, serving, food preparation, and cooking.* Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to ensure a skilled team.* Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.* Maintain inventory control and manage cash handling procedures.* Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and sales tracking.* Implement effective customer service strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food handling and presentation.* Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures as needed.* Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork and professional growth.*Qualifications** Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.* Experience with POS systems is preferred.* Background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations is essential.* Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.* Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.* Experience in interviewing and training staff members effectively.* Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus.* Barista experience is an added advantage.
