*About Us*Dose Coffee is a warm, welcoming, and quality-driven café in the heart of Revelstoke, BC, now expanding with the opening of Alfred?s ? our Italian restaurant. We?re passionate about great coffee, delicious food, and creating a culture where our team feels supported, inspired, and proud of the work they do.We?re looking for a General Manager to lead operations across both locations, build and support strong teams, and ensure we?re delivering exceptional guest experiences every day.*What you?ll do** Lead and inspire FOH teams across both venues to deliver exceptional hospitality.* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management for FOH staff.* Manage labour and operating costs within set budgets using tools such as Restaurant365 (training provided).* Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety.* Collaborate with the Executive and Head Chefs to ensure smooth coordination between FOH and BOH.* Maintain a visible presence on the floor during peak periods.* Drive a positive workplace culture that aligns with our values.*What we can offer** Competitive salary based on experience* Health benefits* A supportive, team-oriented work environment* A chance to be part of a growing, community-focused hospitality group* Staff discounts and perks.* The chance to work in one of BC?s most beautiful mountain towns.*What we?re looking for** Minimum 2 years? experience in a senior hospitality leadership role (multi-site experience an asset)* Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.* Ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and operational costs* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.* Experience with P&L targets and using operational management tools (experience with Restaurant365 is a plus)* Coffee & barista experience considered an asset but not required (training can be provided)* Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating exceptional guest experiences* Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.*Start Date:* ImmediateIf you?re a warm, driven, and people-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment, we?d love to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: $54,000.00-$60,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Company events* Dental care* Discounted or free food* Extended health care* Paid time off* Store discount* Vision careWork Location: In person
