Mint Smartwash is committed to being Canada's leading Express Car Wash company and is opening four new locations in Western Canada! We are looking for a General Manager to support our growth and help us maintain high safety, quality, and customer service standards for our Medicine Hat location.

The General Manager is the leader of local operations and is responsible for implementing and communicating operational requests and information to and from the Corporate Management Team.

Successful candidates will possess the following skills:
  • Excellence in safety leadership
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Self-starter with ability to motivate and manage others
  • Ability to produce reports, maintain schedules, parts lists, inventory, and health and safety documentation
  • Ability to follow direction and complete daily checklists
  • Strong working knowledge of computer systems (Microsoft Suite)
  • Management of staff, disciplinary actions, scheduling, hiring, and training
  • Ability to perform minor accounting functions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Previous sales and customer service experience (asset)
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Requirements for hire:
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to work long hours as required
  • At least three years of management experience
  • College certificate or degree (preferred)
