About the Role

As the General Manager, you are responsible for leading your team to deliver a profitable store business plan. You ensure your store achieves all key metrics and meets or exceeds goals. You act as the link between the brand vision and its implementation in your store. You drive profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store, including Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development. You will teach and coach behaviors that deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze results, identify opportunities, and collaborate with leadership to drive KPIs.
  • Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
  • Manage store budget supporting P&L.
  • Build highly productive teams through sourcing, selecting, and developing staff.
  • Coach and develop team performance.
  • Implement and execute Standard Operating Procedures and initiatives.
  • Create an inclusive environment.
  • Maximize efficiencies and productivity through action plans.
  • Perform Service Leader duties.
  • Represent the brand and understand competitors.
  • Promote community involvement.
  • Leverage OMNI to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with standards.

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of retail leadership experience.
  • College degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver results.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and staff.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Business acumen and time management skills.
