Job Details

The general manager at Mill Town Roasters is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff. The ideal candidate is organized, positive, team-oriented, and passionate about coffee culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Opening the café, including setting tills, baking, food safety, and delegating tasks
• Managing daily orders from suppliers and partners
• Accepting invoices, finalizing transactions, payroll, cash handling, tips distribution, and deposits
• Maintaining a clean and efficient work environment

The candidate must be able to work on their feet for long hours, maintain a positive attitude, and work at least 40 hours per week. Flexible scheduling is available, and holiday work is not mandatory.
