Qualifications | Requirements
  • Operating the restaurant 5 days a week
  • Scheduling and managing the FOH team
  • Managing daily cash outs, monthly reports, and software issues. Experience with OpenTable, Lightspeed, or Moneris is an asset.
  • Managing wine, liquor, and FOH supplies with the sommelier
  • Organizing events, email and group booking requests
  • Hiring and training new FOH employees
  • Ability to work efficiently in a stressful environment
  • Experience in a fine dining establishment is an asset
  • Passion for guest service; excellent communication skills required due to high guest contact
  • Bartending knowledge required; wine & food knowledge an asset; WSET diploma advantageous
  • Flexible schedule, able to work days/nights
  • Valid Pro Serve certification

Employment details

Full-time, permanent position with a salary of $50,000 plus $20,000 to $30,000 in gratuities. Performance bonus to be discussed.
