The Business Expansion Specialist (BES), reporting to the Business Expansion Manager (BEM), plays a key role in launching and growing new Greenfield hearing clinics across Canada. Responsibilities include overseeing clinic openings, ensuring operational readiness, supporting sales, and engaging with communities.
The BES coordinates Grand Opening events, develops community outreach initiatives, and supports clinic staff to meet sales and operational goals. They work with internal teams such as Regional Managers, Divisional Sales Directors, and Marketing to align with expansion strategies and brand standards.
Additional duties involve performance monitoring, training, coaching, market opportunity assessment, and compliance with company policies. The role may also include performing hearing tests, fittings, and health assessments, requiring frequent travel across Canada to support new clinics and maintain partner relationships.
Note: Willingness to travel up to 80% and be located near a major airport in Canada is required.
