BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST - PROJECT CHANNEL

We are looking for a customer-oriented, proactive, and good communicator Business Development Specialist to join our team at DAB Indonesia, to develop the sales market.

What You Will Do
  1. Secure incremental sales across the complete DAB product portfolio for different market segments and related channels.
  2. Play a key role in the business unit, having specific commercial and technical knowledge to support the current distribution setup.
  3. Act as an intermediary between big consultants, design and construction offices, government, and municipal offices with our clients.
  4. Record all activities related to customer relationship management and follow-up in our CRM system.
  5. Execute marketing and sales strategies in accordance with company agreements.
  6. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  7. Provide personal guidance to dealers, including daily support and development perspectives.
  8. Develop key segments such as developers and civil construction, engineering companies.
  9. Work on construction projects directly and through specialized dealers.
  10. Control price policies.
  11. Resolve conflicts among dealers.
  12. Prepare sales activity plans for future periods and clients.
  13. Define proper equipment needs in collaboration with the presales department and clients.
Who You Are
  • 3+ years of experience in industries with technical solutions or equipment, preferably in an international company.
  • Knowledge of local import rules, customs processes, and goods taxation.
  • Technical background, preferably with a degree in Engineering or Economics.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa.
  • Good IT skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with sales reporting, CRM, and BI tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Goal-oriented and customer-focused with good communication skills.
  • Systematic approach, good planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business ethics and teamwork transparency.
